I don’t know about you, but at the end of each year, I like taking time to reflect on the year that has passed and prepare for the year ahead.
So as we near the completion of 2012, I thought you might be interested in a few question to help you reflect on what you’ve accomplished this year and what did not work so well.
Grab a cup of coffee and write down the answers down in your journal.

3. Write down 3 steps you can take this week to begin planting the seeds for 2013.

As requested. Reflecting on 2012:
1. What worked in my life this past year? What did not work?
* – During 2012 my goal was to improve professionally and the gain are now showing.
* – Moved to a better position, busy but financially rewarding.
* – Work more hours when needed, and sacrifice some weekends, and some changes on a personal level.
2. What were my wins, accomplishments and celebrations in 2012?
* – Wins – Better position on the company, recognition from management
* – Professionally and personal changes
* – Rewarded for my efforts.
3. What was the single best thing that happened in 2012?
* – improved professionally
4. What were were my greatest challenges/lessons?
* – I learned that I am my own obstacle, I broke the chains that were restraining me, I lost the fear of improving, and the gains are showing
* – Lesson learned – If I don’t step up, there is no chance of succeed,
5. In what ways did I grow emotionally/physically/spiritually?
* – Being separated from my children, moving away from home, allowed me to progress further, it brought me closer to them. It allow me to weigh the pros and cons of allowing emotions to interfere, I overcame my fears.
6. What did I learn about myself in 2012?
* – I am stronger than I thought, I am capable of more, and I can still improve myself
7. What am I grateful for in 2012?
* – 2012 is a year that I will not forget, faced many problems, but what I am grateful is for the fact that during this year, there was a new tomorrow, there is always a tomorrow
Looking forward to 2013
1. What is my vision for 2013?
*- There is still plenty of room for improvement, I moved further on my career, I am financially stable, and I’m starting my business plan, evaluating my financial circumstances.
Reconnecting with investors, studying the market, attending business seminars, more careful with my choices, be more outgoing, stop being afraid of asking questions, making healthy choices, food, exercise, rest.

*- More qualifications
* -Start my Business
*- Find stability in life
3- The steps I will take this week to begin planting the seeds for 2013.
*-Situation – Revising my personal and professional circumstances.
